Delivered right to your door

The majority of bikes priced below $2500 are produced in other countries. Considering that many individuals can’t or won’t invest $3,000 to $10,000 on a domestically manufactured model, we prioritize addressing the needs and budgets of consumers when constructing our bikes. The costs associated with our typical bikes include advertising costs, manufacturing fees, sea freight and insurance charges, a 25% tariff based on the value, FedEx shipping within the USA, website checkout transaction fees ranging from 3% to 5%, and calculated incidental warranty costs. To ensure profitability, we incorporate an additional 8% to 15% to the bike's price before applying any discounts we may offer. In return for this profit, we provide direct phone access, warranty coverage for parts, fast shipping, and assistance with any post-sale inquiries or issues.

Bikes that are Unopened, unassembled, and in good condition can be returned within 30 days. Customers are responsible for costs associated with shipping and shipping insurance. Jaguar Ebikes will not impose any restocking fees for returns in new condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via email for detailed instructions.
